My intention is to use Massage Therapy as a means to facilitate body awareness and help guide the self-healing process.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in New York State. I studied both Western and Eastern forms of massage, as well as extensive Anatomy, Physiology, Neurology, and Pathology at the Swedish Institute in Manhattan. After graduating in 2005, I continued to study Shiatsu at the Ohashi Institute in NYC. I also have been certified in Pre- and Perinatal Massage and am a Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT).
